Ross Armstrong has a long family tradition in sugar cane farming but in 2012 he saw, what he believed was a gap in the market for affordable accounting services. With no background in accounting he started Biz Smart Solutions.
The entire business is in the Cloud. There are no offices and no full time employees. Accounting services are provided by qualified woman who have quit full time employment to raise families by who still yearn to work. Biz Smart Solutions has provided an environment where they can work from home and a schedule that works for them.
It has proven wonderfully successful.
